Landin Wilcock’s Jo Mullings, has qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant, which marks the end of more than four years’ study and 14 examinations.
Newly qualified Jo, will now be taking on more responsibility within the firm and handling increasingly complex accounts. She has worked at Landin Wilcock for almost four years, having relocated to Sheffield from Wiltshire, and carries out audits and accounts for South Yorkshire companies of all sizes and sectors.
Jo said: “Achieving Certified Accountant status is a huge landmark in my career. Not only is it official recognition of my skills, but it also gives clients confidence in my abilities. I would like to thank Landin Wilcock for the support they have shown during my study. I thoroughly enjoy working for the firm and I am now looking forward to putting my qualifications to good use.”
Landin Wilcock partner, Glen Marshall, added: “It is extremely difficult to achieve such a technically demanding qualification, whilst holding down a full time job, but Jo has shown that it is possible to excel in both areas. We are very proud of the dedication and determination she has shown – she is a real asset to the team.”
