In carrying out our audit work we are subject to the Code of Ethics referred to in paragraph 1.1 above. With respect to audit work we are also subject to the APB Ethical Standards found at www.frc.org.uk/apb/publications/ethical.cfm. These are available in English.

The firm’s normal office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.15 pm, although meetings are held outside these times to suit client requirements.

In accordance with the disclosure requirements of the Provision of Services Regulations 2009, our professional indemnity insurer is Aviva Insurance UK Limited. The territorial coverage is worldwide excluding professional business carried out from work undertaken in the United States of America, its territories and/or possessions or Canada and excludes any notices for a claim brought in any Court in the United States of America, its territories and/or possessions or Canada.
